Meet Our Team

Meghann Perez, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)

Certified Pilates Instructor

Meghann is a physical therapist with a strong foundation in evidence-based care and movement science. A Florida native, she relocated to Parrish from the Orlando area four years ago and has focused her career on helping individuals restore strength, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter most—whether that’s staying active, exercising confidently, or getting back to the golf course or pickleball court.

With advanced training in orthopedics and Pilates, Meghann takes a thoughtful, movement-driven approach to rehabilitation. She blends hands-on care with targeted exercise programming to not only reduce pain, but to address the root cause and build lasting strength. Her approach bridges the gap between traditional physical therapy and long-term performance, helping clients move beyond recovery and into a higher level of function.

Meghann is especially passionate about helping active adults feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again. She believes physical therapy should go beyond symptom relief—it should empower individuals with the tools, knowledge, and resilience to continue progressing long after their initial plan of care.

Outside the clinic, Meghann enjoys taking Pilates classes around town and spending time with her family.

Monica Reid, PT, MSPT, OCS

Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)

Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT)

Certified in Modern Management of the Older Adult (MMOA)

TPI Medical Level 2 Certified – Golf Performance Specialist

Monica is a Physical Therapist and the founder of Age Strong Physical Therapy & Wellness. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she moved to Bradenton over 20 years ago and has built her practice around a deep passion for helping active older adults live strong, independent, and fulfilling lives.

With advanced training in orthopedic rehab, golf performance, and aging science, Monica specializes in bridging the gap between rehab and long-term wellness. She believes physical therapy should go beyond pain relief—it should empower people to move better, play better, and live better.

Driven by the progress made in aging science and physical therapy over the past two decades, Monica is on a mission to bring that knowledge to every older adult she meets—preventing the decline we often accept as “normal aging.”

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her on the golf course, staying active, or spending time with her family.
